When people ask me why I've chosen a shark as the logo for my MMC-1 Method, I think of the imagery it evokes: a proud and insatiable predator.
During the first meetings with my clients, in fact, I always look up to the future and imagine them happy with their goals achieved. I think of them proud of their physique and I see that insatiable look of results in their eyes.

I know that the path to these goals is not easy at all. Often, during lifting sessions, we struggle and get frustrated for not seeing the desired results besides all the effort we're putting in.
No matter how much you load the bar, no matter how hard you try, sometimes it can be difficult to obtain a result that is worth all that physical and mental effort.
The lack of visible progress in the short term, especially in specific lacking muscles such as the chest or the delts, can undermine the motivation and determination of anyone, even the most trained. This often leads to the worst choice: giving up.

One of the problems I see most frequently in those I coach is the inability to create a deep connection between the brain and the muscles, a bond that is essential for muscle growth and to build a well-balanced body.
I've lost count of how many times I've heard this phrase: I can't really grow that muscle group, it looks like it's not responding to any effort.
The Method I created helps strengthen the Mind-Muscle Connection, promoting the increase in muscle mass where it is most needed.
