I firmly believe in a short, intense and targeted approach to training, which can lead to concrete and lasting results. Each of my workouts is designed to be engaging and sustainable in the long term.
My personal transformation
At just 14 years old, I started my journey in the gym with the aim of fighting the thinness that has always accompanied me. Thanks to hard work, I went from 49kg to 90kg, significantly improving my physical and mental health, as well as my immune system.

After years of practice, study and experimentation, I have perfected the training technique that allows you to achieve the goals we all seek: improved metabolism, improved mood, greater tone, development of muscle mass and energy.
